Standard pod sizes are designed for standard offices. If your floor plan has an awkward corner, a low ceiling, or a specific workflow requirement, a standard pod won’t fit. We manufacture to your exact dimensions — width, depth, and height.
Our manufacturing range covers pods from approximately 0.8m² to 12m² footprint, with height options from 2.0m to 2.6m. For sizes outside this range, our engineering team will assess feasibility and confirm within 48 hours.

Color & Finish
Match your interior or brand identity with RAL color matching for frames and panels, matte or gloss finishes, and custom-dyed acoustic felt panels.
Glass Options
Double-laminated glass for acoustic insulation and safety, plus electronically switchable privacy glass that turns from clear to frosted on demand. Logo film available.
Shape Modifications
Standard pods are rectangular. We also manufacture angled corners, curved fronts, and non-standard footprints to fit unusual spaces. Structural assessment included.

From Concept to Production

Not every customization fits an existing product. If you need a pod type, configuration, or feature set that we don’t currently manufacture, our engineering team will develop it from scratch.
Concept Design
Our engineers create sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D renderings. Acoustic and structural checks included.
Requirement Definition
You share your concept, use case, and constraints. We assess feasibility and provide a technical brief.
Prototype Development
We build a functional prototype for your validation — acoustics, fit, finish, and feature integration.
Production Preparation
After approval, we finalize production drawings, tooling, and quality standards. Batch production begins.

We offer RAL color matching for powder-coated frames and panels, with matte and gloss finish options. Acoustic felt panels can be custom-dyed. For glass, we offer clear, frosted, tinted, and gradient film, including corporate logo application.
We integrate electric height-adjustable desks, air conditioning modules, smart locks (RFID/PIN/app), face recognition access, Bluetooth speakers, wireless charging, USB-C and PoE ports, adjustable LED lighting, and enhanced ventilation. All features are wired and mounted during manufacturing — not added after delivery.
All technical options are integrated through the pod‘s built-in channels without compromising the seal. The acoustic rating remains the same regardless of the features selected. Every pod is tested as a complete unit before shipping.
Standard custom configurations ship in 4–6 weeks from drawing approval. Complex custom projects or new product development may require 6–10 weeks depending on scope. We provide a confirmed timeline with your quote.
