Why we started building office pods
Before prodec-tech, our founders spent years in office partitions and acoustic panel manufacturing. They kept seeing the same problem: companies were paying premium prices for imported office pods that were essentially glass boxes with a roof — thin walls, noisy fans, no real acoustic engineering.
At the same time, the factories that could build better pods were mostly trading companies outsourcing to unknown workshops. There was no transparency, no quality control, and no direct line to the people actually building the product.
So we built Prodec Tech to be the opposite: a direct factory that engineers acoustic pods properly, controls every step of production, and sells without middlemen. No brand premium. No hidden subcontracting. Just well-built pods, made by people who understand how they should be made.
What we believe about manufacturing

Anyone can put glass walls around a desk. But a real acoustic pod is a system: the wall construction, the door seal, the ventilation path, the electrical routing — all of it has to work together. We design and test complete systems, not individual parts.

Our team works in the same open-plan environment our customers do. We know what a noisy fan sounds like. We know what a door that doesn’t seal properly feels like. That‘s why our quality standard isn’t “good enough to sell” — it‘s “good enough to use every day.”

When you buy from a trading company, problems get passed around. When you buy from us, there’s no one else to blame. We own the design, the production, the testing, and the delivery. If something goes wrong, we fix it. That’s the advantage of dealing with the factory.

Our acoustic engineer has 10+ years in noise control and enclosure design. He oversees wall construction, door sealing, and ventilation acoustics — and signs off on every new design before production.
Acoustics Engineer
Our production manager has been in furniture and enclosure manufacturing for 8+ years. He runs the factory floor, manages batch scheduling, and ensures every pod meets the same standard.
