PR Meeting Pod for 4-Person
The PR Meeting Pod sits between our value-focused PE series and our premium PC series. Like the PE, it uses fireproof carbon crystal wall panels for safety. But the PR adds cushioned seating, a larger table, and enhanced acoustic layers — delivering better speech privacy than the PE without the PC‘s premium price. For teams that want more comfort and better acoustics, but don’t need the absolute best, the PR series is the right fit.

Interior Upholstery
Light grey PET felt as standard. Optional fabric-wrapped panels, wood-grain accents, whiteboard wall finish, or branded print.
Sofa Fabric
Modular sofa and chairs in grey, or black,as standard. Upgrade to premium fabrics, leather-look, or custom color matching for every module.
Acoustic Panel
High-density soundproof cotton board as standard, light grey. Available in charcoal, navy, forest green, sand, burgundy, or custom-dyed colors.

Fireproof Carbon Crystal Walls
Same fireproof carbon crystal board as the PE series. Resists fire and moisture for safety-critical environments.
Enhanced Acoustic Layers
Additional acoustic damping layers behind the carbon crystal board. Better speech privacy than the PE series — though not as high as the PC‘s aluminum honeycomb construction.
Facing 2-Seater Sofas
Two padded 2-seater sofas placed on opposite sides of the pod. Provides a comfortable, lounge-style setup for four people, ideal for longer discussions than PE’s fixed chairs allow.
Simple Manual Controls
Wall switches for LED lighting and ventilation. Reliable, easy to operate.
